Hi,
Thabks for using health care magic for your health concern.
High TSH levels indicate low thyroid hormine level . It's fortunate that you have been noted with high levels of TSH....&your doctor has promptly prescriped supplement.
Please don't worry... this supplimentation would cover previous defecuency also &your baby would have normal brain development.
Only thing is continuation of the medicine through out pregnancy/continued consultation of an endocrinologist for needful alterations in dosage is of utmost importance.
Medication during breast feeding & continuation of synthyroid in future life may be needful....be in tiuch with endocrinologist.
Thanks.
