What Causes Elevated TSH Levels Post Alcohol Consumption?

I had one question, because I feel like my situation is a bit different from most. Basically something happened one night after I came back from drinking and smoking and I went to the hospital. The days afterward i felt extremely hyper and then days later I felt really calm like I was on drugs. I had blood tests and from one week to the next my TSH went from 70 to 40 and I had those Hashimoto’s antibodies. I remember the doctor saying even if it switches from hyper to hypo, it takes like 6 weeks to happen. How come everything I felt happened in just 1 week. Is that normal, or like a severe autoimmune attack.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In one night, usually it won't take place unless reports are not accurate or you consider anti thyroid drugs.
