What Causes Elevated WBC Count And Urinary Incontinence In A Child?

10 year old female collapsed at school and transported to hospital Symptons include white cell count of 26,000, loss of control over bladder, spinal tap cloudy white, hospital administering antibiotics. Have ruled out urinary tract infections, bladder or kidney infections.
