What Causes Elevated WBC Levels With Low Body Temperature?

what can be the causes of an increasing WBC and low temp (under 98.6) over an extended period of time. I am still on amoxicillin, and the UTI I had is gone per urinalysis results. This has been going on over the last 3 months.. At one point in time I was completely covered by antibiotics, and the WBC count continued to climb until I was given micofungin, and then WBC went back to normal. This occurred twice, but I never finished a full course (15 days). Blood test for fungus came back negative.
