What Causes Elevated WBC Levels?

HI, I received the results for my CBC w/diff. The results that concerned me were: Immature Granulocytes Relative % was 1.3. (Norm 0.04-0.67). Immature Granulocytes Absolute Count was 0.17. (Norm 0.00-0.06) Those results were elevated on the last blood draw and it rose slightly this time. I worked in the OR for 20+ years and was exposed to XRay quite often. My WBC count is consistently elevated. Should I be concerned? Thank you in advance for your time. ~ Erin
