Elevated bilirubin level without raised Liver enzymes could be due to pancreatitis obstructing the bile duct, or it could be stones in the bile duct which have originated on their own or fatty liver . It is difficult to make a pin point diagnosis without actually examining you. I would suggest you to - Take a soft,bland diet for a week. - Get an ultrasound of the abdomen done - Get your amylase and lipase levels done Visit a gastroenterologist.
