What Causes Elevated Bilirubin Levels?

I had a bilirubin level of .3 and 2.3 last month....was rechecked this week and it was .3 and 2.5 I had an ultrasound of the liver which was normal. I haven t talked to my physician about the increase from 2.3 to 2.5......is it necessary to f/u with my physician or am I good to let it go? I had an elevated bilirubin test about 3 years ago as well

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting you have revisit you physician again regarding the slightly increase in your bilirubin level it may not be from the liver from the scan rather it might be from the gall bladder
