What Causes Elevated Billirubin Level And Enlarged Spleen?
I have elevated billirubin in my urine +1 but normal on bloods. I am 25 not a drinker my liver is 22cm spleen is enlarged as well as trace fludis around liver i have a kidney stone as well. What does this mean? I hurt but my labs are normal and scans just show the liver and spleen being enlarged and the kidney stone. My eyes have started to yellow what can i do until i can get into the gastroenterologist?
Elevated bilirubin levels in your blood due to the enlarged liver is causing your eyes to become yellow (Icterus positive). Get physically examined, get all Liver function tests along with CBC & repeat Imaging tests done.
Drink plenty of water & get the kidney stone removed by a surgeon at the earliest. Switch to boiled food, veggies & fruits. Take food that is light & easily digestible. Avoid oily, spicy junk food.
Avoid addictions if any, take adequate sleep. An enlarged spleen is also because of infection and enlarged liver disease. Get your liver treated at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
