Hello and welcome to HCM,
Hypertension can lead to nose bleeds.
Thus, controlling blood pressure is necessary is important to stop or inhibit the nose bleeding.
Besides hypertension, trauma to the nasal mucosa can also lead to nose bleeds since the nasal mucosa is very sensitive.
Thus, it is important not to injure the nasal mucosa by nose picking or any other activity.
If bleeding occurs, it should be controlled by pinching of nose and applying pressure.

Thanks and take care
