What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Despite Taking Amlodipine And Lisinopril?
I have had high Blood pressure for years! In the past for years, I took 20mg Linospril in the morning and at night with 5 mg amiplopine. Recently it didn t keep my BP at a normal reading. he doctor switched me to 100 mg of Losartan in the morning and 3, 25mg Hydralazine throughout the day! It isn t any better and much more expensive! Should I go back to Linospril with an increase?
high blood pressure is the fact of the cardiac endurance. you may not be having a healthy active lifestyle style where exercise is a part of daily routine. Medicine can act upto an extent and post that the job of patient is to perform the regular exercise and watch the diet. As an integral understanding that heart needs to be exercise which can be done by regular exercises and that is the fact that most people once start taking medicine with be dependent on it rather focussing on self making the blood pressure lower by giving a proper cardiorespiratory endurance training to thenself. I recommend you to try out exercises and record your daily blood pressure and I am sure that once your heart exercises well the problems will come down.
