General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,

First of all,i would like to tell you that the normal b.p range is as follows-
systolic -- 120--139 mm hg,
diastolic-- 60--89.

Your b.p fairly seems to be within the normal range.Sometimes,it may fluctuate and go upto the higher side due to factors like
inadequate sleep,
inappropriate b.p measurement,
overstress,
machinery error,
poorly controlled diabetes and thyroid disease etc.

I would like you to advise you to get some tests done like
Blood for fbs,ppbs,hb%,blood urea,Sr.creatinine,
Sr.electrolytes,
Urine for R/E,
Thyroid profile test,
ECG and Echo.

Review these reports with your physician.
Moderate physical activity would be helpful,
Salt intake is to be restricted to about 5gms per day.
Take care
I find this answer helpful
