Yes. My name is Enobong from Nigeria. I m presently in uae. Still in the process of getting my residence visa. I m 9 wks plus and my bp yesterday read 148 / 92 and my fasting blood sugar test was 116. This is my 3rd pregnancy. Lost the first two due to blood pressure issues. Hi welcome to health care magic.. .

You might have gestational hypertension problem...

The previously two lost child may be from hypertension ..

You are also having impaired glucose tolerance .So close clinical watch up is necessary thought your pregnancy to avoid preeclamsia ....

If blood pressure not monitored and if severe hypertension than risk to mother as well as baby including premature birth of baby , PPH etc....

If blood pressure going to be severe hydralazin or methyldopa can be prescribed ...
But self medication avoided and enalapril or amlodipin like commonly available drug not used as they can affect baby ..

Take care

Advise : consult gynecologist and discuss all these ...
