What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Level Along With Fatigue And Headaches?

my blood pressure has been creeping up since i hit 60 years old 2and1/2 years ago It spikes at 192/104. and as low as 130/87. Today it is 165/97. Historically my blood pressure was always a bit below 120/80 for most of my life. I experience fatigue quickly and it corresponds with some head ache.

Such fluctuations in blood pressure along with headache and fatigue need further evaluation to rule out possible secondary causes of hypertension like pheochromocytoma, etc. Blood and urinary metanephrines, urinary VMA levels need to be tested for initial screening.
