Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week.

If blood pressure is persistently more than 140/90 mm Hg, then your medicines need to be hiked up. So, please let me know the medicines you are having at present.

Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity for atleast 30 minuts a day and 5 days a week is mandatory. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week is required, avoid meat. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any.

Also, let me know, where exactly in the abdomen you are having pain, is it at upper or lower abdomen. If it's in the upper abdomen then possibility of gastritis is there.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
