What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels After Taking Aspirin And Tums?

I have had bronchitis for some time now. Along with that, I have occasionally felt like I couldn t get enough oxygen. This afternoon I began feeling pressure in my chest, along with the breathing problem and a deep cough. I took a baby aspirin and some tums and am feeling some better right now. My BP during this episode was 145/79. After taking the aspirin & tums my BP was 110/64. Should I go get checked out at the ER or is it okay for me to wait and call my doctor in the morning? My breathing right now is normal and I am no longer feeling the pressure in my chest.

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-

1)Do a physical examination by your treating Doctor[pulmonologist] to confirm whether it is respiratory or cardiac origin and to confirm it do few investigations like [CBC, chest X-ray and ECG]

2)Discuss with your treating Doctor about [Antibiotics and Cough syrup]

Do take few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Try to avoid cigarette smoke.

2)Get vaccinated. Getting a yearly flu vaccine can help protect you from getting the flu. You may also want to consider vaccination that protects against some types of pneumonia.

3)Try to wash your hands. To reduce your risk of catching a viral infection, wash your hands frequently and get in the habit of using hand sanitizers.

4)Try to wear a surgical mask when go in public places.
