What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Along With Dislocated Shoulder?
my wife has parkinson symptons and is on a number of drugs for high blood pressure and a dislocated shoulder. the meds she is on gabapentin , amlodipine, alprazolam, ropinirole, escitalopram, and benazepril are any of these drugs causing her parkinsons symptoms
None of these drugs are causing Parkinson 's disease. So she might be having other cause for Parkinson's disease. So better to consult a neurologist for this.
Since her blood pressure is not controlled, she also needs dose modifications of current antihypertensive drugs or an additional antihypertensive drugs like Clonidine or Telmisartan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
