General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear
First of all let us be sure that whether we are having losartan only or a combination of a diuretic like hydrochlorthiazide.
More over some times due to irregular timing of medicines, salt in food, stress or over exhaustion we have a certain fluctuation in BP.
Please be clear that a single deranged reading of BP does not signify a change in dose or medicine.
Please get at least three consecutive BP readings preferably in morning times or after rest, then only we can decide for a change.
Please take care of diet & rest as well .
Hope this helps
most welcome for further queries
