What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

Just recently after an attack, when I ate something that I feel had an adverse effect on me. I had chest and arm pains and after I vomited, pains went away. Now my blood pressure is high and I am taking 20 mg of lisinapril, since I had a heart attack 17 years ago. Do not know why my blood pressure is elevated

Elevated blood pressure can be due to a cardiological cause.

Do a 2D echocardiography test and TMT test to rule out anything serious.
