What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

I gave blood today with no complications but had border line high blood pressure 140/100 and I have occasional pains behind my left ear that are severe but don t last over a few minutes and direct pressure seems to help also was told my iron was high

Elevated blood pressure are not in complex risk. It may suddenly increases for some times and down also in few minutes. Suddenly elevation has many reason eg. Step up stairs, walk from long distance, or sudden aggrasive ness. If it will be riptide between few days it indicate person may have symp. Of 1st grade HTP
