What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure?

Actually my blood pressure has been increasing over the last three weeks or so. I donate blood platelets and they were the first to notice. Pressures like 166/76 to as low as 145/70. Used to always be 125 to 135 over 66 to 72, Sometimes as low as 60. Just something going on in last three weeks. I do take enalipril daily.
