General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Systolic blood pressure up to 140 is regarded as normal. If the blood pressure is persistently elevated, better to consult a physician and start on antihypertensives. Avoid excess salt intake as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
