What Causes Elevated Body Temperature Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

For some time now i have periods where i am overheating, feel nausius and feel like lethargic. I have been tested for diabetes amongst other things but still this continues. It is affecting my quality of life to the point where if i could i would just switch myself off.

i can understand your concern. You haven't mentioned your age. The symptoms you have mentioned is common for many women during their menstrual cycle. For majority of women it is due to hypothyroidism and pcod. I would suggest get a thyroid profile, Other hormonal levels like FSH, LH, Testosterone checked. This will help in evaluating your symptoms and getting to a diagnosis. Based on your results either taking thyroxine hormone or oral hormonal pills would help you .
