What Causes Elevated Body Temperature Along With Shivering And Fatigue?

My wife complains of intermittent elevated temperatures up to 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit. Concomitant to elevated temperatures is a combination of symptoms including a warm head and cold/shivering body and low to no energy/fatigue. We visited an internal medicine clinic. She was negative for any abnormalities with respect to a full blood panel. She had these symptoms since October 2016. Please advise.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urinary tract infection. You can go for urine culture to rule out this. In such case antibiotic therapy will be helpful.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
