General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your blood pressure is slightly elevated.
I suggest to check regularly the blood pressure.
I also suggest to eat a healthy diet and avoid salt that can elevate the blood pressure.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to consult a cardiologist to take a specific treatment to lower the blood pressure.
The diastolic pressure should not be over 90 mmHg.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
