What Causes Elevated Heart Rate After An Electric Shock?

shock on back of left hand, car battery, some heart racing since then (yesterday), white streaks on back of hand, some shakiness that comes and goes, real tender spot on hand where the cable bit it that comes and goes. Do I have any reason to be concerned?

if u have acceleration of heart u may have this symptoms due to shock .may it is due to some other pathologies also .do ECG and follow up with consultant.
