What Causes Elevated Heart Rate Along With Hot Flushes And Sweating?

My blood pressure is 168 over 87 with a heart rate of 103. It has been staying around this level for several months now. I woke up feeling strange this tomorrow, light headed, off balance and had an anxiety attack. I sweat profusely, debilitating kind of hot flashes that I have been blaming on hormones or lack thereof. I can walk from one room to another and just be drenched in sweat. I am a 66 year old female. I have been on Mobic, Paroxotene, Simvastatin, Omneprazole for longer than a year now. I tapered off the Paroxotene and have stopped taking everything except the Simvastatin about a week ago. My husband has Lisinopril he takes every day. Should I take some of this until I can get to my regular Dr. on Monday or what should I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the advise for you is to just low down the anxiety, have some relaxation therapy and stop worrying about this because this might be happening due to some functional element and not due to your clinical conditions, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
