What Causes Elevated Heart Rate Along With Mild Pain In Abdomen?

I have been having an accellerated heart rate reaching up to 113 bpm on a regular basis, all brought on when at work or anything even pretaining to my job. Im a sales consulant and my boss likes to but into my personal life and pile on expectations that he doesnt put on any of my co-workers. I m also the only female at my job and he discrimations against for my gender and my religon. I have been trying to find a different means of work, but with no luck. Aside from my increased heartrate which is occpanied by a dull pressure pain, I have also been having irregular bowel movements, and a mixture of dull and sharp pains of both left and right sides of my front lower abdomen, and still suffer from H. Pylori which I have been tested possitive for.
