What Causes Elevated Heart Rate Along With Warm Sensation In Body?

Had elevated heart rate (100+ bpm)then a sensation of someone pouring hot water inside my body travel from my head to my toes. I thought I was going to die. BP was 144/101, and I ve never had this warm sensation travel down my body. Recent stress episodes and am on Lexapro (1 month) with no side effects. What s this warm feeling adrenaline? What is it?????

Gender, age and duration of the present problems not mentioned.

The problems listed in your case are suggestive of excess of thyroid hormones known as hyperthyroidism. Kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and the relevant investigation to rule out this problem.
Lexapro is prescribed for the treatment of depression or anxiety.
It is unlikely to produce the side effects resembling your present problems.
