What Causes Elevated Heart Rate And Chest Discomfort?

Last several days, just as I wake up I m feeling heart flutters and have faster heart rate than daytime rate (80-100 beats/minute), pulse rate seems irregular and just feel uncomfortable. After I get up and start moving around, and especially if I eat or drink something I feel better. Heart concern? or something else?
