Hello my name i john and im 32 years old. I ve been noticing some changes with my heart rate in certain circumstances. I recently started wearing a Fitbit Fitness tracker and was startled when I realized what my heart was doing. When I lay down my heart races. And also when I pee or simply bend over or move around. I was just laying back on the couch watching TV a minute ago and got up to go pee. I looked up my heart rate on my fitness tracker before I got off the couch and it was 73 bpm and while I was peeing it went all the way to 133 BPM. This has been happening a lot lately and because of that I usually sit down to pee because it doesn t happen if I sit while I pee. But this time I decided to see if it would happen again and it did so once I saw the 133 beats per minute while I was peeing when I finished immediately sat down on the edge of the tub and my BPM went back down to 64 right away. I m just wondering if this is normal thank you for your time
