What Causes Elevated Heart Rate?

What are some causes for extra heart beats that make you feel bad? I have been seeing a heart doctor about this problem and have had tests, plus worn a heart monitor several weeks, but the doctor and the results from the tests say that there is nothing wrong with my heart. The monitor picked up on extra beats sometimes, but the doctor says this is normal and thinks it is all in my mind. However, when this happens to me, I feel really bad. Something must be causing this problem, but no one can tell me what I need to do to fix it.

i see your concern ot this
if ecg monitoring is good and is non significant
you must have an anxiety disorder

PREVENTION IS BETTER THE CURE IS RIGHTY SAID
do walk first thing if you drink alchol avoid it
do meditaion and yoga on daily basis its gud for heart as well for body

try prevention and add just a single medication at sleep time
