What Causes Elevated Heartbeat And Sweating?

I am taking wellbutrin xl (prescirbed last week) and smoke weed as well, last night i smoked more than usual. My heart started to race, blurry vision, sweating, and my heart continued to race for over an hour, my left arm hurt from my shoulder to my elbow at times. I went to sleep, woke up and under my breast bone on the left side hurts still, much like a dull ache, lots of pressure, it feels very warm there also my hands have been sweating all day, which is not like me. Since I have no had a heart attack I feel like I may have pericarditis but am unsure of whether or not to go to the doctors.
