What Causes Elevated Levels Of CBC With History Of Pernicious Anemia?

I was diagnosed with pernicious anemia when i was 35 (10 years ago) and take a monthly b12 injections. When I do a routine CBC my MCV count comes back as abnormal at 104. Shouldn t my MCV count be at normal range if I am taking monthly B12 injections? What other issues could be driving such a high count?

I really appreciate your concern, of course it is good to treat such condition with B12 but beside this diet also be the crucial one and have more diet that contains B12 and Iron, folic acid, hope this information helps, take care.
