Based on the history given along with the lab results of liver enzymes, you seem to have some liver problem like fatty liver or hepatitis (inflammation of liver).
Ursodeoxycholic acid tablet is mainly prescribed for the dissolution of small to medium sized cholesterol-rich gallstones in patients with a functioning gallbladder and in whom surgery is not advisable. It has a very little role in reversing the raised liver enzymes to their normal levels.
I would therefore advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation which may include and abdominal ultrasound scan, liver function tests and serological tests for hepatitis.
Hope this will be beneficial.
