What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes Along With Pain Below Ribs?

In September was having symptoms of fatigue nausea just not feeling well. After several weeks went to Dr and bilirubin elevated, liver enzymes elevated, whites of eyes yellow. All hepatitis negative. Every test that could possibly be run negative. Liver enzymes going down and finally feeling better. 4 months later was having upper right quad pain just below ribs radiating to back, went to dr liver enzymes elevated again! What else could be going on? Dr says liver looks good no tumors or anything like that. I have no gallbladder , no appendix, no right ovary due to cysts. Pain continues some days are worse than others. Pain sometimes feels like a gallbladder attack. GGT lab test were also elevated.
