What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes?

I am a 42 y/o female with a 16.3cm liver. My AST is 82, my ALT is 121, my iron saturation rate is 14. I tested positive for the smooth muscle Ab and my smooth muscle titer is 1:80. I am waiting to see a Hepatoligist. I am just trying to be prepared for what he might say. What is you opinion of the results?

Thanks for posting your question on HCM!
I really appreciate your concern for the abnormal liver function tests.
I have gone through the results of liver function tests.

I am of the opinion that these abnormal results are seen in the following conditions like cirrhosis of liver, chronic active autoimmune hepatitis or
infectious mononucleosis.

Low iron saturation is indicative of iron deficiency anemia which could be due to inadequate dietary iron, poor absorption from intestines, or chronic bleeding from the intestines.

Kindly consult your hepatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
Wishing you best of your health.
Regards
