Hello,

If elevated of liver enzymes more than 2-3 times to upper normal limit then it is called significant.

If liver enzymes usually elevated in hepatitis or alcohol intake or storage disorders or fatty liver disease etc.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen, follow up with liver enzymes report once in three months.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
