What Causes Elevated Prolactin Levels After A Miscarriage?

i had miscarriage on 07/26/2014 and i checked my prolactin level on 08/18/2014(first time checking prolactin level).the level showed 23.5 which is high in lab result.this is my second miscarriage in this year.can you tell me why prolactin is increased.
