What Causes Elevated Pulse Rate And Low Blood Pressure Level?

Hello the weirdest thing happe ed today to me and idk what to do or think. I donate plasma twice a week have been for years and this is a first. At vital check my pulse was 101 which is 1 point to high while my blood presaure was 109/ 60 when the lowest they will take is 110/60. How is that possible for the pulse to be high but blood pressure be low.

Hi i do care for your concern.
Due to low plasma levels, the total circulating fluid level comes down.
This results in decreased blood pressure as pressure is exerted by fluid towards vessel wall.
The next thing due to low fluid level, the oxygen demand in tissue increase and hence heart pumps more thus increased pulse rate.
It is not advisable to donate this much frequently.
