General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

welcome to HCM

According to your history it seems you are suffering from fast heart rate that is tachycardia.

There are many causes of fast pulse rate like excess alcohol, anxiety, hyperthyroidism, excess caffeine, drug induced.
There are many more cardiac cause which would have grave prognosis sometime.

If such patient comes to my clinic then I advice him/her to get an ECG done first and then advice him/her some blood reports.
According to report Will decide further plan of management.

So my advice is please visit nearby emergency service as early as possible.

Thank You

Regards,
Dr.Om
