Yes please..... 9 Months ago, I was told that I have diabetes. I usually am a healthy eater, but I do eat junk food as well but not on a daily basis. i have given up sugar in my coffee,(4 cups a day), cookies Ice cream, and cakes, no soda. and of course no candy. I was never a sugar person, more a chips and dip person. i have been taking metformin for 9 months, and I really dont see much of a drop in my sugar.
