What Causes Elevated Thyroid Levels Despite Taking Thyronorm During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, I am pregnant wome(16 weeks) I have diagnosed to have hypothyroidism last few months. My tsh was 3.7 and I was taking thyronorm 50mcg for 45 days. Now tsh is 4.1 and doctor prescribed thyronorm75mcg for 45 days. Why it is not coming to normal level? And I have a doubt that tsh level is high. Then why it is called as hypothyroidism?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the thyroid hormone dysfunction, (Endocrine system) then it can not comes to normal and one has to continue taking medicines it is the feedback mechanism cause such level of tsh hope this information helps.
