What Causes Elevated Triglyceride Levels?

I rarely do cocaine but my triglycerides are very high 500 as of 2 weeks ago... since then I have all but quit smoking having maybe 10 cigarettes in the last few weeks, been eating healthy, rarely drinking and doing cardio at the gym... is my heart rate at 125 ok if I have done a little cocaine tonight and drank 4 alcoholic beverages while smoking 5 cigarettes? My bp is ranging around 135 over 90 by the way I feel like i was having a panic attack or heart attack earlier so I left the bar
