What Causes Elevated Triglyceride Levels?

Hello sir I am doing workout in gym for 5 days in a week And I also use high protein diet with 1 scoop of whey protein after workout but I am facing 48 sgot and 68 sgpt and with 300 s. Triglyceride and I just want to know that it is due high protein 130g per day or any problem I haven t taken any junk or fried food also So what s is problem And I also want to know that it is due to whey protein Nd can I again use whey protein in my diet By having 80 g protein per day

That is not related with your protein intake that's due to junk food and fried fatty food which causing hyper triglyceridemia. You can have whey protein.
