What Causes Elevated Wbc Count?

My daughter aged 1year 4month has eletated wbc 45000 , rbc 14 , crp 4.2. Doctors suspect it is leukomoid reaction but my davghter did not have fever cold body rashes bleeding. She have poor wt gain and less appetite. Her mantou test +ve but no sign of tb. My family have no tb record. I am from west bengal came at new delhi aiims for tqeatment . Ph no. 0000. Ashok kumar.

Well come to HCM
In my opinion better to go for cross examination of blood test if the end result comes same then bone marrow examination is must and for that you need to see the hematologist, this would be the choice you would have then, hope this helps
