What Causes Elevation In Heart Rate While On Decardon For Sinus Infection?

I had an decadron injection earlier today for sinus injection,my heart started racing after I started walking around inside the grocery store, I have taken a nap, but I still feel very bad in my chest! !!! Is there any drug that emergency room can give me to counteract this bad reaction????

Just air for some time and your heart rate should go back to normal if not then yes there are some drugs available in ER.
