Hello,

Anxiety attack has to be treated promptly and at the earliest.
Nothing much to worry as it is a readily curable condition.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
You might require anti-anxiety meds like clonazepam for best results.
If the blood pressure is persistently high, antihypertensives may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
