What Causes Elevation Of BP During Pregnancy?
I am exactly 4 months pregnant today. At my first OB appointment my blood pressure was 108/78. I m normally on the lower side. My second blood pressure test at 3 months was 129/74 and today my 3rd blood pressure test was 136/72. I m an EMT and kniw a little about blood pressure and this is not normal for me. This is my 4th child and I have never had any blood pressure issues before. I am healthy and active. I m 5 3 and 145 lbs so should I be worried about how fast my blood pressure has risen? My DR doesn t seem to care

Normal level of blood pressure at your age is 120/80 mm of Hg. Miner deviation from normal is possible depending on nutritional status of person, stress, strain & exertion level of the person, age of the person &family background. Many a times reading talent after some time changed to normality.
A composed mind, positive thinking, a health life style & mind comentration exercises can help stressed psychology. I world advise blood pressure check up daily twice (at home by a nuste or self) world be conclusive. A persistant high blood presente diesel need treatment. In such a case swelling on legs (edema feet) & urine albumin must be checked. Please be in touch with your gynecologist.
