What Causes Enlarged Breasts In Men?
I think that high estrogen is a problem for me 70yo male. I am developing enlarging breasts with enhanced sensitivity. I have read about arimidex as a treatment for even sex hormones, but the verbage is directed to female breast cancer. If my estrogen is high (will be tested soon) does this medication help to achieve a balance for this condition?

It could be a hormonal imbalance as you mentioned and also an increase in lipid tissue can cause the same. But you should undergo a physical examination for the same first as it will rule out a lot of diagnoses.
