General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reason for the lymph glands in the groin may be the infection, some where around the area, like pubic hair, perineum, lympho granuloma venerium. etc.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratio peptidase, diclofenac , and paracetamol.
Let her take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
